--- Overview ---

AStA Kultur of HTW Berlin is organizing a bowling event at the Big Bowl (Google Maps) for ALL interested parties (including non-students).

We will play three rounds of bowling with about 6 players per lane, so plenty of action is guaranteed! Besides fun and enjoyment, meeting new people is an important aspect of these events. For this reason, participants will be randomly mixed from the second round onwards.

Since we need to provide a binding confirmation of the number of reserved lanes several days in advance, it may be that after that only a few remaining spots are available. Therefore, we advise you to register early (it's also cheaper 😉).

--- Schedule ---

• 16:45 Meeting time for bowling in front of the bowling center (address below)
• 16:50 Entering the bowling center together; receiving rental shoes; time to settle on the lanes and change shoes
• 17:00 Bowling starts! (2 rounds)
• 19:00 End of bowling; group photo (voluntary, of course); changing and returning rental shoes

--- Event Notes ---

According to the bowling center's rules, only bowling shoes are allowed, sneakers are not permitted – please add rental shoes to your order if needed. We might take photos during the event and post them on our social media channels (see "Event Announcements"). If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know in advance. And please have your ticket ready. 🎟️

--- Order / Payment Information ---

Payment is possible via instant bank transfer (up to 3 days before the end of the sale) or PayPal.
Please follow the payment instructions during the checkout process – this allows you to completely avoid PayPal fees.
(Note: If your account is registered in another country, this option may not be available.)

👉 Don't forget to click "Place binding order" at the end of the order process! 🏁

After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Do not close the page immediately after ordering and check your emails (including the spam folder), as the ticket will be sent to you by email after the payment is received. If you haven't received an email, you can use the link at the end of the order process again after a few days to download your ticket.

--- Cancellation/Transfer of Tickets/Non-Attendance ---

Once the payment process is completed, you can still cancel up to one week before the event (possibly minus PayPal fees). The refund may take up to two weeks. You can also transfer your ticket – please provide us with the name and email of the new owner (see Questions and Communication).

If you are unable to attend after the cancellation period and cannot transfer your ticket, please let us know as early as possible for organizational reasons. Thank you! 🙏
