--- Overview ---
AStA-Kultur at HTW Berlin is organizing a bowling event for ALL those interested (including non-students). In addition to fun and enjoyment, getting to know new people is an important aspect of these events. For this reason, the bowling participants will be randomly mixed in the second round of the game and then everyone who wants to, regardless of whether or not they want to bowl, will have a Bar Night in nearby "Cancún".
As long as our bowling event is not sold out beforehand, registrations are possible until approximately December 15.
--- Timing ---
- 18:00 Meeting time for bowling in front of the bowling center (address below)
- 18:10 Going into the bowling center together; receipt of rental shoes; Time to get into the bowling alleys and change your shoes
- 18:30 Bowling start! (probably 2 game rounds)
- 20:15 Bowling end; group photo (voluntary of course); Changing and returning the rental shoes

--- Notes on the event ---
According to the operator of the bowling center, only bowling shoes are allowed; sneakers are not permitted - therefore, you may need to add rental shoes to your order if necessary. We might take photos during the event and post them on our social media channels (see "Event Announcements"). If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know in advance. And please have your ticket ready. 🎟️
--- Ordering/Payment Instructions ---
Payment can be made via bank transfer (up to 5 days before the sales deadline) and PayPal. Please follow the payment instructions during the payment process! This way, you can completely avoid PayPal fees (Note: If your account is registered in another country, this option may not be available).
👉 Make sure to click on "Place binding order" at the end of the ordering process! 🏁
After your order, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Do not close the page immediately after ordering and check your emails (including the spam folder), as the ticket will also be sent to you by email after payment is received. If you haven't received an email, you can use the link at the end of the order after a few days to download your ticket.
--- Cancellation/Transfer of Tickets/Non-Participation ---
Once the payment process is complete, you can still cancel up to one week before the event starts (possibly minus PayPal fees). However, the refund may take up to two weeks. You can also transfer your ticket - please provide the name and email of the new owner to us (see "Questions and Communication").
If you are unable to attend after the cancellation period and cannot transfer your ticket, please let us know as soon as possible for organizational reasons. Thank you! 🙏
