Bar Night - Billard Lounge

--- Overview ---

AStA-Kultur of HTW Berlin is organizing a Bar Night for ALL interested individuals (including non-students) at Billard Lounge (Google Maps link). This event is designed for relaxed socializing, meeting new people, or catching up with old acquaintances. To keep the seating arrangements dynamic, the organizer (see below) may occasionally reassign seats to the participants.

There is no additional cost to participate in the Bar Night; everyone only pays for their own food and drinks. An agreement with the restaurant ensures that orders are paid for immediately upon ordering or serving. This is due to the large number of participants and the rotating seating arrangements, which can otherwise lead to confusion.

As the name of the bar suggests, there are two billiards tables 🎱 and also a dart machine 🎯, which participants are welcome to use, depending on availability.

Please note that registration (below) is required, as the bar's capacity is limited 📝. The bar night starts immediately afterwards and in close proximity to the Billiards Event. Participation in the billiards event is not required, everyone is welcome :)

The Bar Night starts at 9:15 PM. The organizer of the billiards event, along with those participating in both events, will head to the bar together. There is no set end time for the Bar Night; everyone is welcome to stay as long as they like.

Please note: We are meeting in a smoking bar, where no separate areas for smokers and non-smokers are provided. To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests, we would appreciate it if the smokers among us could smoke outside the bar, if possible. We value your understanding and consideration to make this gathering as enjoyable as possible for all participants.

We may take photos during the event and post them on our social media channels (see "Event Announcements"). If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.

--- Deregistration/Cancellation ---

If you are unable to take part, we ask that you cancel your registration in any case due to the limited number of places. After you have registered, you will find yourself on the registration confirmation page, where you can also deregister. You will also receive this link by email after you have registered. If you still haven't received the e-mail after a few minutes, please save the link, in case you need/want to unsubscribe yourself.
