German Museum of Technology | Guided Tour in English

Unfortunately, we have to cancel this event due to insufficient registration numbers!
Therefore, the guided museum tours are the first events ever to be canceled due to low demand, which we truly regret. There are no further events of this format planned for the summer semester. However, the idea is not completely discarded, but the concept may be revised for a subsequent semester to spare you from such cancellations and ensure that the time and effort invested in organizing and preparing them were not in vain. At this point, we want to thank those who registered - we would have loved to offer you the planned museum tours!

--- Overview ---
AStA-Kultur at HTW Berlin organizes an approx. 60-minute Highlights Museum Tour in the German Museum of Technology for EVERYONE who is interested (including non-students) on Thursday, June 15, 2023. The entrance fee is included in the ticket, so that after the tour all participants can visit the museum independently until closing time.

The registration period ends on June 7 at 10 pm. By then it is necessary that at least 15 paid tickets have been received, otherwise the tour will have to be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, all participants will of course receive their money back and will be informed by email on June 7th. A maximum of 25 people (including organizers) can take part in the tour.

Pictures may be taken during the event or group pictures at the beginning or end and posted on our social media channels (see "Event Announcements"). If this is not desired, please actively contact the organizers before the start of the event. And please have your ticket ready ;-)
--- Order/Payment Instructions ---
The ticket can be purchased further down on this page. Payment can be made by bank transfer (up to 5 working days before the sale closes) and by PayPal. Please note the payment instructions during the payment process! You can save yourself the PayPal fees completely (Note: If you registered your account in another country, this option may not exist).
After placing your order, you will be sent an order confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes at the latest. Do not close the page at the end of your order and please first check whether you have received the e-mail (check the spam folder if necessary), because the ticket will also be sent to you there after receipt of payment. If you haven't received an e-mail, you can use the link at the end of the order a few days later to download your ticket there once the payment has been registered.
--- Cancellation/Transfer of Tickets ---
As soon as the payment process has been completed, you can still cancel (minus PayPal fees if applicable) up to the end of the registration period (see "Overview"). However, the repayment can take up to 2 weeks. The tickets are also transferable, that means you can always give the ticket to someone else. The name and e-mail address of the new ticket holder must be communicated to the organizers (see "Questions and Communication").

However, the links listed here for the "Party People" group is only a "Welcome" group. There you will be written to by the admin in the following days, who will introduce himself and ask you to do this with at least a few key points. Only then you will be added to the actual group of "Party People". In this way, an attempt is made to maintain a certain overview of the group members.
