Laser Tag
--- Overview ---
AStA-Kultur at HTW Berlin is organizing a Laser Tag Event for ALL those interested (including non-students) on Dienstag, August 29, 2023.
During the summer, initially only one time slot per event is planned. Depending on demand, additional time slots may be added or a follow-up event may take place at shorter intervals. The duration for each time slot is 60 minutes, starting at the top of the hour. 10 minutes before the start of the game, the briefing and the distribution of the equipment begins, so please arrive in good time (preferably 15 minutes before). A late appearance can unfortunately result in a reduced playing time. The maximum number of participants per time slot is 26 people. No previous experience or special clothing is necessary, everyone can play :)
In addition to fun and joy, we also want to provide the chance to meet new people. For this reason, you are cordially invited to take part in the subsequent Bar Night in "Sonnendeck" next door. If you are interested (regardless of participating in Laser Tag), you will find all further information and the possibility to register (of course free of charge) here.
--- Notes on the event ---
From the operator
✔ Parking spaces with parking discs in the yard.
✔ Alcohol before the game leads to disqualification from participation. The booked place still has to be paid for.
✔ Please do not bring your own drinks - drinks are available from 50 cents.
✔ Special clothing is not necessary. If you want to change, there are changing rooms.
✔ No uniforms or disguises.
✔ Non-slip shoes. For safety and hygiene reasons, no pumps, socks, barefoot or sandals.
From the organizers
Pictures may be taken during the event or group pictures at the beginning or end and posted on our social media channels (see "Event Announcements"). If this is not desired, please actively contact the organizers before the start of the event. And please have your ticket ready ;-)
--- Order/Payment Instructions ---
The ticket can be purchased further down on this page. Payment can be made by bank transfer (up to 5 working days before the sale closes) and by PayPal. Please note the payment instructions during the payment process! You can save yourself the PayPal fees completely (Note: If you registered your account in another country, this option may not exist).
After placing your order, you will be sent an order confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes at the latest. Do not close the page at the end of your order and please first check whether you have received the e-mail (check the spam folder if necessary), because the ticket will also be sent to you there after receipt of payment. If you haven't received an e-mail, you can use the link at the end of the order a few days later to download your ticket there once the payment has been registered.
--- Cancellation/Transfer of Tickets ---
As soon as the payment process is complete, you can still cancel up to 1 week before the start of the event (minus PayPal fees if applicable). However, the repayment can take up to 2 weeks. The tickets are also transferable, that means you can always give the ticket to someone else. The name and e-mail address of the new ticket holder must be communicated to the organizers (see "Questions and Communication").

However, the links listed here for the "Party People" group is only a "Welcome" group. There you will be written to by the admin in the following days, who will introduce himself and ask you to do this with at least a few key points. Only then you will be added to the actual group of "Party People". In this way, an attempt is made to maintain a certain overview of the group members.
