Bar Night - Sonnendeck
--- Overview ---
AStA-Kultur at HTW Berlin is organizing a bar night for ALL those interested (including non-students) on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at Sonnendeck (Google Maps link). The event is a relaxed way of getting to know new people or meeting old acquaintances. In order to loosen the seating constellations in between, the organizer (see below) will occasionally allocate new seats to the participants.
Participation in the bar night does not cost anything extra, everyone only pays for their own food and drinks. It was agreed with the restaurant that orders should be settled immediately after they were ordered or served, as experience has shown that the number of participants and the rotating seating constellations would otherwise make it difficult to keep track.
Registration (below) is required as the number of seats is limited. The bar night starts right after and in the vicinity of the Laser Tag Event. Participation in the Laser Tag Event is not required, everyone can come :)
Bar night starts at 9.15 pm. The organizer of the Laser Tag event will bring the participants who also take part in the bar night, always accompany them to the bar after playing laser tag and then return until the Laser Tag Event is over. Only then will the organizer also take part in the bar night. There is no fixed end to this event by the organizer, everyone is welcome to stay until the bar closes.
--- Notes on the event ---
Pictures may be taken during the event or group pictures at the beginning or end and posted on our social media channels (see "Event Announcements"). If this is not desired, please actively contact the organizers before the start of the event. And please have your ticket ready ;-)
--- Deregistration/Cancellation ---
If you are unable to take part, we ask that you cancel your registration in any case due to the limited number of places. After you have registered, you will find yourself on the registration confirmation page, where you can also deregister. You will also receive this link by email after you have registered. If you still haven't received the e-mail after a few minutes, please save the link, in case you need/want to unsubscribe yourself.

This section is of particular interest to anyone who has become aware of this page through other people or HTW members who have received an email. Not all events are announced via the email distribution list. If you still don't want to miss anything, on one hand, there is our Instagram account:

However, the links listed here for the "Party People" group is only a "Welcome" group. There you will be written to by the admin in the following days, who will introduce himself and ask you to do this with at least a few key points. Only then you will be added to the actual group of "Party People". In this way, an attempt is made to maintain a certain overview of the group members.
